Returns

Eligibility for Defective Item Claims

To qualify for a refund or replacement due to a defective or incorrect product:

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days after delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive defective or incorrect:

Refund Process for Approved Claims

Once we receive and inspect the reported issue, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Alternatively, a replacement item may be provided at no additional cost

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
